  2. the another 2nd is for Regularization of date of appointment.
Those who are interest to the above 2 cases kindly download & fill the application(A4 SIZE SHEET) and send XEROX copy of own appointment order & regularization order .

After filling  the above documents  send the same below mentioned address by POST.
